I've been with State Farm for years. But I recently changed to Sandra Serna this last year. THE BEST THING MY HUSBAND AND I EVER DID. In broad daylight my car was vandalized. I made the call to Sandra Serna to ask how to file the claim, three police units were there, the girl that vandalized my car was still waving a hammer. I was beside myself, but Irma Collins came to my house, gave me the number and made the whole incident bearable. Since then calling their office I have spoke with Roni ,(hope I spelled that right), and Sandra herself. They make me feel like part of the family. They go above and beyond. Kudos to Ms Irma, Ms Roni and Ms Serna
