I lived in the Socorro area and attended Socorro High School. I was a farm girl and grew up raising horses, cows, ducks, you name it. I believe this type of upbringing taught me grit and this grit has helped me throughout my life overcoming life's challenges. My maternal grandparents are first generation US Citizens, they came from Delicias Mexico. My paternal grandparents were farmers in the Clint area. The thing I enjoy most about my community is their humility and kindness when interacting with our customers. There is a level of mutual respect that comes with the heritage in this community that is unlike I have ever seen elsewhere in other parts of the Country. In my community, I make it a point to help the homeless both people and pets by delivering food, taking them to shelters, or getting the word out through social media of people in need. If I could, I would do this fulltime. I volunteer in my neighborhood HOA, the reason is I feel it is very important to know your neighbors and to help your neighbors as much as possible. This gives me the opportunity to do this. ✔

I love spending time with my family. When I am not at the office, I enjoy taking long walks with my dog "Lemon Breeland-Serna", reading books, and gardening.

When you walk into my office you will feel that we genuinely care for you and we will work hard for you every day to ensure you are getting the product/service that meets the customers' needs and expectations. I want my business to be known for its dependability, professionalism, knowledgeable and customer-oriented staff members. I became an Agent because I felt I have something of value to offer our community in an industry where there is not a lot of resources to turn to when making important insurance and financial decisions in order to protect families. I want the customer interaction to feel like the customer is important, their priorities are our priorities, and the staff has a sense of urgency to meet these priorities. The nicest thing a customer could say about me to someone I know is that we are the most helpful, knowledgeable and customer friendly insurance business out there. 😃
